This session will show you how UX and SEO can work together to improve search visibility, conversions and user satisfaction.

Luke Hay specialises in user research and user testing to find out how people really use websites. With 15 years industry experience, and a track record of making real change to website performance, his UX work will lead to improvements for your website or app. He has written a book encouraging designers and researchers to take an 'analytics first' approach to UX.
