Many of us work with businesses that have a brick and mortar presence as well as a digital presence. Quite often, there is a disconnect between what happens online vs what happens online in terms of customer behaviour.

In a retail store, it’s very easy to understand your customers because you’re able to view their behaviour while in store – but what about when they are online? Are you able to confidently say that they are interested in something that you offer?
In this talk, I’ll show you some of the methods you can use (and how to implement) to measure this online using behaviour signals – to help you improve your online performance.

Biography

Azeem is the Digital Marketing Manager at Staffordshire University. He has spent several years working in the industry, beginning in a paid search focused role before moving into a multi channel specialism. He is experienced in various aspects of online marketing activity, including PPC, Social Media, Display, Programmatic, App Marketing and SEO. He has previously spoken at conferences in the UK including MeasureFest, and BrightonSEO.
