An honest case study about how we wanted to make the world’s greatest PPC Conference in London – PPC Tribe. I’ll share all the numbers, what we’ve done, where we failed and how social media can be a truly terrible marketing channel for marketing certain products. Finally, I’ll describe how we eventually analysed the situation and decided to stop the project to avoid facing the risk of losing $300-400k.
